The following is a condensed version of the Dec. 10 meeting of the Gloucester County Ambulance and Rescue Association. Only the bound version of the minutes is to be considered the legal version of these minutes.

The meeting was called to order at 19:35 hrs. By Vice President Ken Wildermuth.

EMS council
- UMH construction will begin 1-04-04. ER will keep 23 beds in use.
- County waiting for FEMA funds to do photo ID's.
- Request of each squad to bring to next 3 meetings- Burn sheets, Trauma dressings, 4X4s, 5X9s, and 4" cling.

Advisory Board
- $47,000 grant approved for a pager base at Turkey Hill Rd
- $400,000 grant for Hazmat equipment
- $200,000 grant for first responder and decon trailer
- $75,000 grant for lightning damage prevention survey

Unfinished Business
- $1,000 passed for equipment to be purchased for EMS trailer- 10 O2 regulators & 10 disposable blankets.

New business
- MCIC deposit to account needed in amount of $800.00. South Harrison made motion to issue check and seconded by Paulsboro.
- Discounted AED's are available; see Ken Wildermuth for details.

Good of the Order
- Nominations of officers- a motion by S. Harrison to have the Sec. Cast a ballot for the current officers for the coming year. Second by Paulsboro.
- S. Harrison made a motion to adjourn the meeting, second by Woodbury Heights.
- Meeting adjourned at 19:55 Hrs.
