The meeting was called to order at 19:34 hrs by President Bill Holmstrom at the Kennedy Hospital, Washington Township.

Unfinished Business
- Squads can refuse call from another community if no mutual aid agreement exists.
- Clayton looking for usable UHF radio.
- Task force meeting April 25 at Monroe at 7:00 P.M.
- Underwood construction is 3 months behind. They are developing internal disaster plan to eliminate diverts.

Good of the Order
- Ann Frazier says that equipment storage is being upgraded.
- Physician coverage will be doubled by July.
- Ambulances are to take their patients to the charge nurse station for evaluation first. If told to go to triage use back hallway and knock on triage door.
- Her voice mail number is 582-2642. Note all problems with date, times, and names.
