The following is a copy of the April minutes of the Gloucester County Ambulance and Rescue Association.  Only the bound book copy of the minutes is considered to be the legal version of these minutes.

 

April 27, 2005.  The meeting of the Gloucester County Ambulance and Rescue Association was called to order at 19:40 hrs. by President Bill Holstrom at S. Harrison.
  • Minutes posted on the Web site were approved by Center City and seconded by Woodbury Hgts.
  • Treasurers Report
    • Checking- $7571.41
    • C.D.s - $1711.13
    Center City made a motion to accept the report and seconded by Woodbury Hgts
  • Correspondence
    • None
  • Committee Reports
    • By-Laws - None
    • EMS Council:  
      • Anyone not having a county I.D. card should contact Kathy Henry at the county facility.
      • Review of the psychological protocols was given at the Police Chiefs Assoc. for review.
      • A southern fire task force is being put together.
      • Need ambulance coverage that is not presently on the county ambulance task force.
    • Radio Advisory: No Meeting
    • Trustees:  No report
    • EMS Task Force:
      • BLS units for regional task force can be sent any where in the state.  The task force will be responsible for fire and rescue personel on that task force only.
    • Training:  
      • UMH will hold summer day time EMT classes 3days a week for 8hrs each day
  • Unfinished Business
    • Rehab tents are still in the works for acquiring them.
  • New business
    • New airway procedures will be introduced at EMT class in Sept.
  • Good of the Order
    • If a squad needs a stretcher (29M) contact Monroe.
    • UMH
      • Construction still under way.
    • Kennedy
      • EMS dinner on 17th of May
    • Elmer South jersey Regional Health systems
      • May 18th B-B-Q to be held at new Hospital at Vineland. 12:00 to 8:00 PM
    • LSU#4 to be on trial in May and stationed at Logan Twp. Station.
  • Woodbury Heights made motion to adjourn and seconded by Center City at 20:25 Hrs.
  • The next meeting will be at 29-5, Cecil, May 25
