The following is a copy of the minutes of the Feb.22, 2006 meeting of the Gloucester County Ambulance and Rescue Association.  Only the bound book copy of these minutes shall be considered the legal minutes of this meeting.

 

The meeting was called to order at 19:37 hrs by President Bill Holmstrom at Woodbury TLC ( Sta. 5-9)

    • Accepted as read.

    • Training
      • Core classes scheduled for March 24, 25, 26 and June 22, 24, 25. Electives in May.
      • Summer EMT course starts June 19.
      • Comm center has an orientation Available worth 2 credits.
    • EMT - None
    • Communications Advisory Board
      • Meeting cancelled.
    • Bylaws
      • No report.
    • First Aid Council
      • Due to decreased membership several districts are being combined.
  • Trustees
    • Treasurer’s records audited and found in order.
  • Unfinished Business
    • Program to install kill switches in ambulances is still open. Contact paramedic office for details.
    • I.D. cards are going to be issued for other county agencies. If you don’t have one it will shortly become more difficult to get it.
  • New business
    • New Chief dispatcher gave following info on calls received last year.
      • 911 calls________ 11,279
      • non-emergency__ 29,280
      • Dispatches______ 3,127
  • Good of the Order
    • UMH will receive temp C/O April 21, New ambulance entrance in area of old nurse education building will be opened.
    • KMH squads long boards gone missing. It was used for transfer to cooper.
