The following is a copy of the minutes of the April 26, 2006 meeting of the Gloucester County Ambulance and Rescue Association. Only the bound book copy of these minutes is considered to be the legal minutes of this meeting. |
The meeting was called to order by President Bill Holmstrom at the Westville EMS facility. 15 Squads were in attendance.

The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as posted, motion by Center city and second by Paulsboro to accept.

- Checking - $6890.99
- CD's - no report
- Center City made a motion to accept and second by Wenonah.
- Bills - None

Correspondence
- Letter from P. Lambert about using old triage tags, discard and use new for training.
- EMS advisory- There is now reverse traffic flow at the entrance to the ER.

- EMS council - meeting next Thurs
- Radio advisory board - see last months report
- EMS task force - Task force trailer is in Monroe twp. 2 more tents are on order.
- Trustees - No report
- Center City made a motion to send a fruit basket to Kevin Nolan after surgery. Motion was seconded by Woodbury Hgts.

Training
- WMD- I-200 and I-300 to be offered June 7& 8.
- EMT- June 21 start 6 week accelerated course
- Core class at sta. 21-9
- Core class third week of June at UMH

New Business
- Response area changes that deal with fire areas must be cosigned by fire and ambulance chiefs
- ROAM program managers need to be Identified at each unit and meet with Joe Neely for training.
- The communication center now can call other air vac units if south star is down for weather.

- has new entrance and exit patterns at ER.
- No red bags to be put in regular trash. Put them in the properly marked container.
- Use new triage tags for training, you can get new ones for free from OEMS.
- KMHW- EMS dinner to be May 18, contact S Rieses at 348-7985
