The following is a copy of the minutes of the Dec. 12, 2007 meeting of the Gloucester County Ambulance and Rescue Association. Only the bound book copy shall be considered the legal minutes of this meeting.

The meeting was called to order by President Bill Holmstrom at 19:35 hrs at the Woodbury Hgts. Hall
- Minutes- A motion was made by Woodbury Hgts. and seconded by Gibbstown to accept the minutes of the previous meeting

- Committee Reports
- Bylaws: Multiple changes and updates still being worked on. To be posted on the web site and asking for input from members
- EMS Council: No Report
- Radio advisory: No Report
- Trustees: No Report
- EMS Task Force: No Report
- EMS Regionalization:
- CEU county classes are open to all in county personnel. Classes are held the last thur. of the month at 8 am and at 7pm at the county building. Register online with the state system.
- EPI pen for all squads will need a medical director, not yet established.
- Training:
- UMH starts classes Jan 3
- Salem classes available, check for dates.

- Unfinished Business
- Elections were opened with no new nominations. Woodbury Hgts. Made a motion for the secretary to cast a unanimous ballot and second by Ferrell.

- New Business
- A letter was sent to squads and townships that joined the county that disbanded or have become inactive to let the Association know of their final status.

- Good of the Order
- UMH is starting another phase of construction after the holidays.
- UMH Door code is 5801#
- Cooper is requesting shipping address on all equipment left at hospital for return. Duplicate department numbers exist in other counties.
- Virtua Berlin has a new card access system.
- Adjournment: A motion to adjourn was made by Woodbury Hgts and second by Mantua Twp. at 20:05
